Decorative non-slip finishes
Public and front-of-house floors need slip resistance without the bare industrial look of standard grip coatings.
The need for decorative non-slip finishes
BHI Coatings performs decorative non-slip finishes across Alvin and the Texas Gulf Coast. A lobby or customer area needs real slip resistance just like a plant floor does, but the bare gray look of a standard industrial grip coating reads wrong there. So facilities end up choosing between a floor that is safe and one that looks finished. Skip the grip to keep the look, and the slip risk and the liability both come right back.
How BHI Coatings does decorative non-slip finishes
We apply color-matched non-slip systems that lock slip-resistant aggregate into a finished, even surface. Our crew preps and primes the substrate, then controls the aggregate and the topcoat so the grip is there without a coarse, raw texture. Everything is cold-cure, so visible areas reopen with no hot work and no long shutdown.
The floor keeps dependable slip resistance and still looks presentable in lobbies, entries, and other high-visibility spaces.
