Our crew prepares the existing roof, stops the active drips, then rolls or brushes a cold-applied liquid membrane across the field and the details. Seams and penetrations get embedded fabric reinforcement where the roof works hardest. The work runs with no hot work and no tear-off, with Belzona 3111 and 3121 carrying the membrane and the detail reinforcement.

The roof goes watertight again over the deck you already own. The active leaks stop, and the full reroof moves down the road.
