BHI Coatings coats hot vessels, tanks, and pipework in place with high-temperature systems such as Belzona 1391T and 1593 that cure on the operating surface. Our crew preps the running substrate and applies by hand or spray with the asset still online. Nothing gets cooled, nothing gets drained, and no hot work goes near the steel.

The asset keeps running the whole time it is being coated. Corrosion stops on the hot surface, and production never pauses for the repair.
